I’m joined by Ida Svenonius to discuss building businesses driven by purpose. Ida runs the change marketing agency Becoming, helping purpose-driven startups scale their business and become change leaders in their industry. From strategy to execution, she supports startups with brand, traction and culture to take their impact to the next level.
Ida started as a filmmaker, studied social anthropology at the University of Cambridge, worked in the tech startup scene in London and Berlin, and developed a deep passion for digital marketing and startups.
At the core, she is deeply curious about what drives human behaviour – and what that means for the business world.
We dive into how she found her purpose, what a business driven by purpose actually looks like, and why it’s a necessity for businesses in today’s world to have their purpose front and centre of everything they do in order to succeed.
