I love technology, and because of that I always use positive language when discussing our digital habits, and advocate for intentional use to get the most out of the wonderful tool that it can be.

What are your personal beliefs when it comes to technology and social media?

My work draws on neuroscience, psychology and design to understand how to regain control of our time, energy and attention in an age of digital overwhelm. Every strategy I implement is based solely on peer-reviewed academic and scientific research.

What strategies do you use to promote digital balance and mental wellness?

Consulting, workshops and training, talks, and coaching for individuals, families, companies and schools.

What services do you offer?

I am a certified and trained by Consciously Digital, a globally recognized organization and the only one approved by both the International Coaching Federation and the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. My diverse client portfolio over the years in this field includes individuals, educational institutions, start-ups, and tech companies. This experience in itself has given me valuable insight into our needs and solutions when it comes to intentional technology use. Prior to this, I have eight years of experience as a social media strategist, giving me a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

As a member of The ACM Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction (SIGCHI), I stay at the forefront of human-computer interaction research. All of this comes with my driving passion to talk about digital wellbeing, to champion digital literacy and education, and to advocate for responsible design and policies so that we don't set ourselves up for a future where we'll regret the decisions we've taken for our own lives, and those of our our children.

What qualifications and experience do you have as a digital wellbeing consultant?

I always say that if technology is interfering in your offline life in anyway, this is the biggest sign of problematic technology use.

What are the signs of digital addiction or unhealthy digital habits?

  • Anyone who wants to increase their awareness and knowledge on digital wellbeing, and be more intentional with your own digital habits (or those you care for).
  • Anyone who wants to implement practical strategies to avoid problematic technology use, and that benefit their focus, productivity, physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Anyone who wants to create a culture of digital wellbeing within your organisation or team

For one-off projects, 50% of the payment is required to secure your booking, with the remainder required 14 days after project delivery.

What are the payment terms and options?

This all depends on your specific needs, budget and goals. In general though, consulting packages can range from 3-12 months.

How long would we work together on a consulting package?

I offer both, although please note there will be an extra fee for in-person events outside of Brunei Darussalam.

Do you offer remote or virtual consultations?

The first step is to get in touch either through the contact page on this website, or by emailing me at From there, I'll be in touch to set up an initial video consultation to hear more about your needs, and for you to ask further questions. Using the information gathered from our initial consultation, I'll send over a bespoke proposal with a more detailed breakdown of what's included and package options based on your needs. If this is what is right for you, we'll discuss next steps such as timeframes, payment plans and deliverables, and then we'll get started improving your digital wellbeing!
