As a certified digital wellbeing consultant and coach, keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, my work focuses on developing healthy and sustainable relationships with technology in order to improve our overall wellbeing.

Certified by Consciously Digital, the only digital wellness coach training in the world approved by both the International Coaching Federation and the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching, my particular area of interest is in the field of attention, although I hold a great fascination with the intersection between technology and culture, as well as the future of work in a digital age.

Previous to my work in the field of digital wellbeing, I have over eight years experience working in the social media industry as a strategist, giving me a deep understanding of the social media landscape.

This is precisely why I am committed to making the academic research more accessible. By doing so, we can empower ourselves with the knowledge to make informed decisions on the technology in our lives, our children's lives, and our workplaces.

Digital wellbeing is a rapidly growing area of concern as technology continues to play an increasingly important role in our daily lives. Academics and scientists are publishing new research daily on the impact that technology can have on our mental and physical health, our development, our work, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

If we don't talk about digital wellbeing, if we fail to champion digital literacy and education, and if we don't advocate for responsible design and policies, we're setting ourselves up for a future where we'll regret the decisions we've taken for our own lives and those of our our children.
